Instructions to login
- Be sure you are on your OWN
1000 Moms website.
- Click on the LOGIN link in the bottom left corner
- Enter the email address associated with your site
- Enter the password you entered when setting up your
site.
- Click "continue" once you have logged in.
I am not receiving contact form emails.
Are you using a hotmail or msn email account? If so, that is probably
the problem. Hotmail is notorious for "disappearing" email and we
recommend that you avoid using them for your online business. If you
need a free email account, we recommend
gmail.com .
After you have
set up your gmail (or other) account, login to your back office and change the
email address associated with your account. Then fill out the form
and check your new account to make sure it arrives.
If you'd like to continue using your hotmail/msn account as your main email
address, you may do so - you'll just need to log in to your gmail (or other)
account to check for messages. Then you can email your prospects from
whatever email account you like.
How do I cancel my site subscription?
Simply fill out the support form anytime
PRIOR to your subscription renewal date. Be sure to include
your /sitename and PayPal email address.
